Order Communication
- Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp if:
- Any item in the order is unavailable
- Additional verification or information is required
- In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, our support team will proactively inform you
Refund Policy
- If Wynnveda is unable to process or dispatch an order within 45 working days, a full refund will be initiated
- Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment only
- The refunded amount is typically credited within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing timeline
- If the refund is not reflected after 7 working days, customers are advised to contact their respective bank
Damaged-in-Transit Products
- Returns are accepted only for products damaged during transit
- Customers must:
- Inform customer support within 48–72 hours of delivery
- Share a clear unboxing video and images for verification
- Upon approval by the Wynnveda support team, the damaged product must be returned within 3 days
- No returns will be accepted without prior confirmation from customer support
Cancellation Policy (Important)
- ❌ No cancellation is allowed once an order is placed
- ❌ All orders on wynnveda.com are prepaid only
- ❌ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
- Customers are requested to review product details, address, and contact information carefully before completing payment
Returns & Deductions
- Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or returned, except in cases of transit damage approved by our support team
- Orders refused or undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or customer refusal may not be eligible for refunds
- Wynnveda reserves the right to evaluate each return request on a case-by-case basis
Security & Fraud Disclaimer
- Wynnveda does not conduct contests, giveaways, or promotional offers promising free products, cash, or prizes
- We will never request sensitive information such as:
- CVV
- PIN
- OTP
- Passwords
- Please do not respond to or share information with any unauthorized communication claiming to represent Wynnveda
