International Shipping Policy

Wynnveda ships internationally to selected countries.

Shipping Charges

• International orders are chargeable
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
• Shipping charges do not include customs duties or import taxes

Customs & Import Duties

Refusal of International Orders

• If an international shipment is refused due to customs charges, the package may be destroyed by authorities

Order Modifications

• Customers are required to record an unboxing video to raise any claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products

Cancellation Policy (Important)

Wynnveda reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Technical or operational issues

If an order cannot be fulfilled within 45 working days, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
